It ensures clarity between a service provider and the customer, especially for online platforms like Dream AI. In many jurisdictions, having a publicly visible and comprehensive refund policy is not only encouraged but legally required under consumer protection laws.

A clear and fair refund policy helps protect your business from chargebacks, disputes, and claims of deceptive business practices.

Dream AI Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund

    • Billing errors or duplicate charges;

    • Unauthorized transactions that can be verified;

    • Technical failure on Dream AI’s part that prevents service delivery.

  • Dream AI provides subscription-based services that include access to premium features. Refunds are generally only considered in the following situations:

  • Refund Request Timeframe
    All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the charge appears. Requests submitted after this period are unlikely to be approved.

  • Refund Scope (Full or Partial)
    Approved refunds may be either full or partial, depending on the extent of service usage and the nature of the issue. If a significant portion of the service has already been consumed, only partial refunds may apply.

  • How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, email support@dreamai.app with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include:

    • Full name and registered email;

    • Date and amount of charge;

    • Proof of transaction;

    • A clear description of the issue.

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as results are subjective and informational only);

    • Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party software;

    • Refund requests that fall outside the 7-day window;

    • Extensive usage of the service prior to the request.

  • Modifications to This Policy
    Dream AI reserves the right to change or update this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
